Essential & OSEB Info

The OSEB Program assists aspiring entrepreneurs in writing a business plan and in launching their businesses. The program focuses on one-to-one coaching and workshops facilitated by subject experts. The OSEB Program is aimed at current Employment Insurance (E.I.) recipients and/or those who’ve had an E.I. claim in the past three years who are not currently working. Eligible applicants receive a living allowance from Employment Ontario while attending this 42 week program.

Essential Communications offers the OSEB Program to residents of Durham. To learn more about the OSEB Program contact Essential Communication’s Whitby Office @ 905-668-4141 or email: oseb@essentialcommunications.ca

The program has two distinct components: a classroom component (7 weeks) and a business start up phase (35 weeks).
